Directions: Mix the SEVEN COLOR Bleaching/Decoloring powder with color developer which comes inclusive the packing with a ratio of 1:2.stiming until it becomes an even paste Apply to the hair then leave for 50 minutes then rinse and dry to continue on with the dyeing process of permanent hair colorant with the "BL" code stated on the packaging. kindly follow instruction.
Warning: Do not use materials with metallic elements for mixing. Always use suitable gloves when application, work or rinsing. Avoid direct contact with the eyes, if there is contact wash with plenty of water and consult a doctor. It is better to do a test before use by mixing a little bleaching/decolorant powder with the cream developer evenly and apply a thin layer in the area behind the ear then let stand for about 24 hours. If an allergic reaction such as irrition or rash occurs, wash thoroughly using water and avoid the bleaching process. Do not use if there is injury or inflammation of the skin.
