Processing time
Orders are confirmed by phone or WhatsApp and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.

Delivery times are estimates. Weather, courier delays or public holidays can occasionally extend them.
Shipping charges
Standard delivery is free on all orders within Pakistan unless stated otherwise at checkout. Bulk and salon wholesale orders may be quoted separately.
Order tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by SMS, WhatsApp or email. You can also check status on our Track Your Order page.
Failed or refused deliveries
Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. If an order is refused or undeliverable after courier attempts, it will be returned to us and may be cancelled. Repeated COD refusals may lead to future orders requiring advance payment.
Damaged or wrong parcel
Inspect your parcel on arrival. If a product is damaged, leaking or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos or an unboxing video and we will arrange a replacement. See our Refund & Return Policy.
